One of the newest gyms in Saratoga, Paragon Body, offers a weekly yoga class every Monday night at 6:30pm known as Vinyasa Flow. 

Vinyasa Flow is a great option for both beginners and more advanced yogis!

It’s a moving yoga class that is composed of a series of Sun A&B Salutations, with options for challenging variations of poses, a standing series, a seated stretching series, and a guided 2-3 minute Shavasana.

If you are wanting a pure yoga studio to join that only offers yoga, YogaSix Saratoga is a good studio to check out.

3. Yoga Bharati (San Jose)

The last yoga studio on our list, Yoga Bharati, is a 501c3 non-profit organization aimed to spread health, happiness, and peace through yoga, and is located in nearby San Jose. 

They offer weekly yoga classes for both adults and kids, alike, at affordable prices.

Through a series of yoga asanas, breathing, and pranayama, their yoga classes help manage disease, stress, weight, and other special needs. 

They offer in-person classes in San Jose and also a range of at-home options for anyone who prefers to do yoga in the comfort of their living room.
