This program introduces 8 categories of wellness that are most important to help create a daily routine, and ultimately lead you to the ongoing goal of achieving overall wellness. You will discover a step-by-step schedule to implement into your daily routine focusing on balance in all the wellness categories. We will also help you with a workout guide (for home or in the gym), plus nutritional guidance and recipes for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
