Having a Rough Day? Try These Pick-Me-Ups

It's all too easy to get down these days - especially if you're working from home.

Next time you're having a down day, try a few of these exercises to pick yourself. up.

1. Turn on your favorite happy song!

2. Look back on kind messages and good reviews.

3. Go for a walk and take some time to appreciate the environment around you.

4. Call a friend you haven’t connected with in a while.

5. Go for a hike.

6. Highlight your positive attributes and take a moment to appreciate yourself.

7. Watch a funny movie or youtube video.

8. Do something nice for someone else!
