My name is Marissa and I am entirely passionate about health, wellness and happiness. I've been studying and practicing yoga for about 10 years now. Along my journey I have found interest in nutrition, meditation and fitness; and decided to make it my life path to learn as much as I can to teach as much as I can to all of my students.
I'm personally very active and in my free time I love to surf, mountain bike ride, hike, jog and of course do yoga. I decided to become a teacher because yoga changed and enhanced my life entirely. I fully invest all of my attention and energy into creating a unique, powerful and one of a kind yoga class experience; and I love working with people and hope to help guide all of my students' towards a happier and healthier life!
