For optimal health, all 6 principles must be focused on.  How would you grade yourself in each category?

For the categories you gave yourself a 6 or below, pick one and focus on one aspect that might improve that category this coming week.  Congratulate yourself and then move to the next category you might be struggling with.  Overall health and wellness is a lifelong journey.  Taking care of yourself is important!
