Try this speedy HIIT workout!

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 10-20 seconds rest between each exercise.



Exercise 1:  Quick Feet (chop em)

30 sec; 10-20 sec rest



Exercise 2:  Mountain Climbers

30 sec; 10-20 sec rest

Exercise 3: High Knees

30 sec; 10-20 sec rest

Exercise 4: Squat Jumps
