Schedule:
25 minutes of warm up and low intensity exercise
20 minutes of full body stretch and flow
10 mins of cool down and intentional breathing
What To Expect: Employees have the chance to get the blood flowing with a low-intensity, easy-to-follow exercise routine, followed by a chance to relax a short, guided full-body stretch and flow to promote pain free movement and posture. We'll follow up each class with a short, intentional breathing practice to focus on positivity and a winning mind set to finish the day!
