Paragon Body Booty Bootcamp
There’s no better workout to be in on a Saturday morning than Paragon Body’s new Booty Bootcamp class. From 9:00 - 10:00 am, get your glutes and core burning with a booty-focused workout that will challenge your entire lower body and help you sculpt and define the booty you’ve always wanted.
Led by Paragon Body coach, Taylor Amos, you’ll burn a high amount of calories through a variety of strength, resistance, and cardio exercises. Drop in for $40/class or sign up monthly to save $120/month.

Paragon Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class
If you’re looking for a calm, restorative workout class to try, then look no further than Paragon Body’s Vinyasa Flow class every Monday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
Join Paragon Body yoga instructor Leigh Cohen for a moving yoga class, composed of a series of Sun A&B Salutations, with options for challenging variations of poses, a standing series, a seated stretching series, and a guided 2-3 minute Shavasana.
